Due to adjustments to China's export tax rebate policies, certain dental products have no longer been eligible for export tax rebates since April 1, 2026. In addition, the recent appreciation of the Chinese Renminbi (RMB) has further increased export costs. As a result of these combined factors, our operating costs have come under significant pressure.
To ensure consistent product quality, stable supply capability, and long-term high-quality service, after careful consideration, we have decided to implement appropriate price adjustments for products sold to customers in certain regions who settle payments in U.S. dollars (USD). This price adjustment is due to objective market and policy factors. We understand that these changes may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologize for any impact they may have. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
